1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Naxatar website at naxatar.com and any authenticated services we make available there (collectively, the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

To use authenticated features, you sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction (in most places, 13 or 16, depending on the rules that apply to you).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or any infrastructure it depends on;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service to send spam, malware, or abusive content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing support@naxatar.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that puts us, our users, or our infrastructure at risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naxatar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data you give us. By using the Service, you also accept the practices described there.
